Pros

- Promising, young company with an incredible growth rate and a product where the sky is the limit - Given the chance to work closely with high-ranking members of the Fortune 500 client base, something that many consulting firms will promise yet few actually deliver on - Meaningful work as your efforts will directly impact the bottom lines of clients - Provided the opportunity to prove yourself and lead engagements - Strong training platform to reach a baseline understanding of the software and its capabilities - Very intelligent talent surrounds you at Celonis, I'm impressed every day by the support and comradery on project teams

Cons

- As many have stated here, this is not a typical 9-5. As a young, growth-phase start-up, be prepared to put in the hours and go above and beyond the call of duty - You're expected to contribute right away, so it can be overwhelming during onboarding with all that there is to learn in a short time frame - No current company match to 401k contributions - Lack of defined career path or formal career development/growth program, however at such a young company this is to be expected

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
