Pros

Great culture, strong focus on education and enabling employees. Huge autonomy to spot challenges and act on resolving them as a team. Leadership truly lives the values, clear focus on doing the right thing. Good fun and significant upside from stock options currently granted to ALL employees, which is very unusual in the market.

Cons

Not everything is built and sometimes the things that are built are not quite right, but that is all part of growing and the challenge. Importantly feedback is truly welcomed so when things aren't right people definitely say, so we all grow stronger! Diversity has not been representative enough over last 2 years, but there's very strong focus on addressing this and clear steps over last 6 months. So encouraging.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
