Pros

Product is good. I see a lot of potential for the product itself and for company to grow but they just do not treat their employees as a human.

Cons

Middle Management sucks because they are not experienced persons. They will try to micromanage you and make your life miserable. No family life at celonis. If you are single and only work is your life then it might be ok for you but you cannot enjoy your life while working for celonis. I had verz miserable life at celonis. I am glad that I left the company and will never recommend this place to work to anyone who has some self respect and have life.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
