Pros

The start up culture really helps to drive collaboration and excitement with teams, there's a lot of talented people to work with. The executives provide excellent vision, communication, and desire to be the best run company by focusing on how it can increase customer value. This really helps to drive employee commitment and engagements, they try to hire the best skilled resources and management trusts them to paint their own success path in organization.

Cons

As with any start ups they're growing pains...establishing back office systems, scaling training, opening offices, onboarding a ton of new people with different experiences. You need to be a self starter and define your work model with since the company is growing so quickly with many areas to focus so don't expect management to hold your hand.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
