Pros

The work at Celonis never felt boring or repetitive for me and I felt like I learned a lot in the time that I was there [6 months as a working student]. Everyone that I worked together with was super motivated to realize their ideas and do their best at their job. The onboarding involves a lot of learning, which is good since the software has a lot of components and the learning process takes a while. Learning is also strongly encouraged.

Cons

Although as a working student I did not notice this as strongly, in my area it felt like working longer hours (8 / 9 pm) are usual and there seemed to be a bit of culture for this as well, which is something you should keep in mind.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
