Pros

The CVA group is comprised of sharp and independent-minded individuals, there are high expectations of personal accountability and work performance. The teams are collaborative and strive for a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing.

Cons

Celonis is expanding at a rapid pace, internal processes can be bumpy at times and certain roles are still being formed. This is to be expected at this stage, you can choose to see it as a positive by being directly involved in shaping your path, or you can view it as a negative if you need a very structured environment to succeed. The people are nice and are invested in their work, but the hiring and pre-onboarding could use improvement in streamlining its process, as well as providing more timely communication.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
