Pros

My experience working at Celonis so far has been nothing but fun, positive and inspiring. Working in TA, my role involves me partnering with Stakeholders across the entire business and have found all to be collaborative, driven, committed and supportive. I think this speaks volumes about the culture and people we have here in the business. This is the biggest stand out for me - I get to work with truly awesome people. Multiple platforms and opportunities for L&D as well as annual training budget. Focus on employee well-being with gym membership and mental health support, and there are always fun and inclusive events and gatherings happening within the office hubs. Founders are nothing but open, transparent and humble, something I have found to be refreshing and enjoy the levels of trust we are given and information we are exposed to. I feel cared for and appreciated at Celonis.

Cons

There is currently a clear lack of diversity in SL and C-Suite - however there is a clear roadmap the business is working on with a huge commitment to driving DE&I internally. Not just talking the talk - it is happening. Expected change and uncertainty working in a scale-up - however this is what you sign up for.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
