Pros

Celonis is an excellent company that is a pleasure to work for. I am so proud to be part of the team. It certainly cares about its employees empowering employees to stay at their best and enabling personal and professional growth by supporting their physical, mental, and financial well-being (Gympass, Medical insurance, family leave, Restaurant tickets, and more). Also, Celonis counts highly qualified professionals and super smart and motivated people. There is a low hierarchy and a lot of collaboration. You can talk to anyone and they will help you solve any problem.

Cons

None that I can think of right now. Perhaps because it is such a large team, some projects take too long to be executed.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
