We’re sorry to hear you didn’t have the experience we hoped you would have with us. In the following, we would like to comment on a few of your points.
Celonis is still in growth mode and things can change quickly here, sometimes that comes with some growing pains. Our leadership is committed to engaging employees through various initiatives, including global listening tours and engagement surveys. Through these initiatives, our Executive and People and Culture Teams have actioned several key issues and built out clear programs to address them. For example, feedback around leadership resulted in the introduction of our Leadership Principles and trainings to unite our leaders and guide them through this time of change and beyond.
At Celonis, we pride ourselves on hiring exceptional talent across all levels of the organization and continue to build and develop a balanced team of both tenured employees and industry experts. Experienced and first-time leaders, as well as those new to Celonis, are all invited to take part in our leadership development offerings, which build self-awareness and opportunities to develop leadership skills aligned to our Leadership Principles.
In response to the current market and customer needs, we have made some tough decisions to simplify and evolve our organizational structure. Our executive team doesn’t make these changes lightly and does so with the utmost care possible to make Celonis a stronger company, a company focused on creating value for customers and services focused on world-class delivery.
