We’d like to address some of your concerns.
Celonis helps companies across the globe and across all industries to identify inefficiencies they couldn't see before and to fix them to become more efficient in terms of bottom line, top line and green line. We apply the same approach to our own organization and are constantly looking into ways to be more efficient, and sometimes that means making difficult decisions in order to set the company up for long-term success. Please know that these decisions are made after careful consideration of various factors to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company.
Regarding the GTM strategy, we apologize if there has been confusion or lack of clarity. We are committed to improving communication and ensuring that all employees understand our GTM strategy and their role in its execution. Our global kick-off week is an excellent opportunity for us to communicate our strategy company-wide, whilst also allowing you to ask questions and address the concerns you have for the future.
