Pros

Good Benefit Plan (Even though cut down during last years). Good teams and networking opportunities.

Cons

-Low salary, not competitive. -Any level of management is horrible. Mostly male dominant. -People lack totally leadership skills. -Re-structuring and layoffs Every two quarters (Principal Reason why people leave the company) In addition, promotions are totally random. Not offered to deserved talent. No growth plan. High amount of non-sense rework due to frequent draft product updates not ready for launch. Forcing work from office. It’s a true “social media” company just focused on public appearance.
