Hi - thank you for sharing your experience working at Celonis. We’re pleased to hear that you find our company ambitious and that you see the positive direction we’re heading in. It is this founder's mentality and ambition to take our performance to the next level that allows us to deliver customer value, maintain continuous growth and create an environment where all Celonauts can grow personally and professionally. We appreciate your feedback regarding salary competitiveness. We aim to compensate our employees competitively, following our pay for performance philosophy. By no means an exhaustive list, our compensation portfolio has the following highlights. We conduct annual merit cycles funded with a meaningful budget for salary increases and industry-level equity refreshes. Additionally, employees have an opportunity to be promoted twice a year. Celonis reviews its compensation ranges on a regular basis using market research against peer companies, in order to determine the appropriate compensation at all job levels and in all functions. Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
