Pros

- A lot of projects - Huge company, which brings - a lot of good engineers to take as mentors - a lot of coding styles, designs patters - Nice working environment - Great colleges - Never get bored as balcklog is huge, so you have always new features

Cons

- Salary - The average age on Prishtina site is so low, and mos of the engineers are that worked only at Celonis - Not a good work-life balance - almost all the engineers stay late - it is kind of a culture thing to work more than 8 hours a day - The company is so much attached to alcohol - Since the company hired a lot of employees in a short period of time (during the covid) the only way to get a promotion is becoming more and more only by doing noticeable stuff or selling yourself and not hardworking

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
