Pros

Not many good things to say, am looking outside to get out of this mess

Cons

Leadership is a disaster and the constant shift in direction and programs with a product that is complex is damn near impossible, The best talent is leaving and not much is done to make day to day flow smoothly. Career progression is non-existent and entirely based on how well liked you are, to be well liked you must be a burned out workhorse.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
