Pros

* Good salary * strong engineering culture

Cons

* management is constantly changing, changing the rules and requirements * constant pushing to new challenges, each quarter summary ends with "it was good, but now you must do it better" * at some point of time they reviewed smth (guess the budget) and laid off a lot of engineers, most of them seniors and had been working 4+ years in the company. The evaluation was done not objectively, blaming people on irrelevant things (like not effective remote work, or not enough autonomy, or performance *suddenly* became low, recalling things which happened half a year ago) * a lot of words saying about "cultural" and "values" (like "empowered Celonauts" etc), but at the end it turned to nothing during the lay offs.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
