Bias in promoting and hiring...preference shown for physically fit millenials and former friends rather than merit. Legitimate HR complaints for problems i.e. bullying and inappropriate behavior by superiors are worked through some communication but the perpetrators are not disciplined or terminated. Really smart and capable people are being undervalued and not given enough productive assignments while "favorites" are overassigned and nothing can get done. IT holds on to a lot of work that can be done at the health plan level in terms of report and dashboard development but is ridiculously slow to get the work done due to lack of resources. Actually the resources are there for you but the games played in hiring are crippling your progress.
