Cons
They take advantage of their employees, not paying the employees who have been around longer more money. Don’t even ask for a pay bump because the company will make every excuse why they will not ! And during the recruitment process they will offer you the least amount possible and say you are on “ a competitive salary “. They don’t care if your about to be homeless just remember that. And during the holidays, they do not give out any bonuses but they definitely give you a cheap company gift. Not even a gift card but a REAL REAL CHEAP charger lol. Not even Walmart will sell. Forget even trying to get promoted or even transfer to a different department it’s like jumping through hoops. They do not really evaluate supervisors so prepare yourself, you will be taking the blame for a lot for them. Just... look at another job. Unless do you want a job that pretends to care ( fake).
