Pros
Remote friendly work place Steady pay increases Decent benefits A lot of opportunity to move within the company once in. Lost of opportunity for growth. A large support for continuing education. Flexible scheduling depending on department
Cons
Upper management was not transparent about changes that were coming. It felt like lower levels were left out of the loop. There was a disconnect between lower and upper management, and feedback was taken, but no changes were implemented. Unwilling to offer part-time positions. There was a cost of living increase but then an increase in insurance premiums with a decrease in coverage. It effectively canceled out our cost of living increase. Bonuses were discontinued and raises were converted to merit only which was very subjective departmentally. Some managers didn't believe in "exceeding expectations" reviews, which impacted merit increases once the change was implemented.
