Wonderful work with under-performing schools and students from families in need. The organization's outreach and positive impact cannot be more positive. Many talented staff and educators - My role as `Teaching Artist' was rewarding when I was not at the the office, but out in the field. The students I taught were enrolled in a school system that has has major budget cuts. The schools in our county have cut out Arts Education almost completely.

Conflict between management and staff. Internal bullying of employees and educators/teaching artists (such as myself) by management creates inconsistent performance and a fear-based work environment. Creativity has become stifled.
