Love the patients, also the company did their best to keep people employed during the pandemic, which was amazing
Cons
Nurse practitioners are treated like work machines and the onboarding and training is abysmal. It's run like a medieval fiefdom with each physician over his (it is largely male physicians who have the power) NPs and they determine just about everything about the NPs day..Not bad if they are good at training and communication but this is scarce at Ctr for Neurosciences. Pay for NPs is not great there. They also treat their patients like dollar signs.
