      Pros

      Communication is fantastic and the cultural atmosphere can't be beat. Everyone is there to support you and see you grow. If you have concerns, they are dealt with promptly. They are open to change and want to see growth everywhere. They are multidisciplinary and look out for the client's and their families. Everyone is there to make a difference. Their benefits are amazing and they treat their employees well.

      Cons

      Since they are solely contracted with the BHPN, hours are difficult to manage and caseloads are quite large. But they are always looking for ways to take work off and lessen the load elsewhere to accommodate.
