      Pros

      kids are great, a lot of opportunity for career advancement, never a dull moment while working, fun and heartfelt environment.

      Cons

      last minute cancellations happen a lot, sometimes the job is emotionally taxing if one of your clients is struggling with something at home or parents are not excepting of their Childs difficulties. "I just wanted my kid to be normal" has been something I have heard a lot.
