- great environment for growth within this field - dreams come true program

Cons

- Working virtually can be very isolating -If a family cancels services for a whole week , you do not get any payment. unless it is ATDC. -Some CD look down on the behavior specialist and can treat us less than, despite us needing to work as a team. - no training on people skills and how to be collaborative is shared with the BCBA's
