      CSD is always striving to improve the services that we provide to our patients. The clinical team and training team works hard to provide support and improve processes. Scheduling team is approachable and always available. There are so many levels of support and everyone is happy to help in any way they can or direct you to who you can. Delivering services and seeing results with the clients you work with is priceless! Dreams Come True program allows for personal growth and the company encourages internal promotions. Schedules are flexible, and if you have availability during busiest time frames you will get the hours you are looking for.

      Cons

      Growth typically leads to many changes and adjustments to align with growth goals, amd CSD has grown tremendously. Navigating these changes can be difficult but they are for the improvement of our services.
