Pros

When conforming to CSD status quo you are given cases and could make a decent paycheck. Clients/ families are the best!

Cons

RBTs are ghosted not given cases until the employee demands answers and still no answers. Basically making the employee quit to find a paying job due to cost of living. Have to go up to HR and that was scripted. NO HELP. Basically ghosted out of a company and not placed with any other clientS while having a good ethical work history, consistent with meeting CSD constant demands ,and showing up to clients,schools,center based opportunities. It really screws the employees who have invested into a company that does not show care of their consistent employees who have worked their for years. If they don't care for their employees ,they don't care for continuity of service towardstheir clients and families. It always starts at the top and trickles down. Families be careful!
