      Pros

      Company shows awesome support to their employees. They pay for drive time. Their employees respond in a timely matter.

      Cons

      Won't give you full time work. Client often cancel. Have to pass an RBT exam that is really hard to pass. Inconsistent hours. Their Clinical Leads and Directors never give you toys to use with the kids. They say that the position will give you 25 hours or more, that's a lie, more like 12-18 hours a week. You have to drive all over the bay area to these kid's homes and they don't pay you enough. The job is very stressfull and energy absorbing.
