Pros

Work from home is the only pro.

Cons

Abusive callers, PTO cutback, PTO block out January- March, not enough pay for this position, you have to be in your position 1 year before moving to a different department, and lastly but not least, awful operational procedures. The processes of doing things causes nothing but problems for the patient and for doctor's offices. They only care about making money. They do not care about patient health, and this is evident with the push of medication scripting for statins and 100DS push.

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
