Pros

The best way I can explain why I love work for Kindred is that I am able to make a difference in someone's day. It may be one thing I do or say that brightens they day up. Just by being in a clients home make the whole day better knowing that I just help someone that wasn't able to help themselves. And kindred makes sure that there employees are comfortable, safe and always no matter what employees are not treated badly.

Cons

Some of the downsides you don't get much time to your own life depending on your hours. (holidays, Birthdays, special days) unless two week in advance ask off. But only state holidays get paid time and half. You don't have very much management interaction which I wish there was more of.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
