Pros

Great staff and clinicians. Benefits are good.

Cons

It's a work overload for the amount of money they're paying. I recently took on another task and beside that I had to learn another job in case someone is out and yet I don't get some type of bonus for it. I work in Admin and I feel as though I should NOT get paid the same amount of money as someone who does not have experience nor has a degree and I been doing this type of work for 6+ years. Employees do not get enough incentives for the amount of work they do. You don't earn a lot of PTO hours. No Company Holiday parties. it would be nice to meet other staffers from different branches in the same area.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
