Pros

GREAT benefits! Great upper management with great tools in place to assist with job. Computer system is easy to understand.

Cons

Over loaded with patients as a case manager. In addition to working 45-50 hours per week, you’re expected to take 1-3 on call nights per week. You could be called at any point after working all day and are expected to go to work. Not an ideal job for a single mother. I have been called in at 3 am after working a 10 hour day then was expected in the office again the next morning at 8 am for another full day.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
