Pros

Home health is wonderful. One of the best ways to get quality patient time and help patients stay in their home. Flexibility during the day

Cons

Awful upper leadership. Choices for promotions aren’t fair and not based on job performance. Different sets of expectations for different employees. Admitting patients when they can’t really take good care of them. This company only cares about their number of admissions and their bottom line. They treat their employees TERRIBLY and will lie to you and tell you that “this is how it is everywhere” when that couldn’t be more untrue. I loved my patients which is why i gave them 5 years of my nursing career. Since leaving, I’ve never looked back. I didn’t even understand how poorly i was being treated.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
