Pros
Clinicians are some of the best people I have ever worked with - skilled, compassionate, conscientious.
Cons
Untrustworthy, uncaring management, average benefits, below average PTO, Poor communication from upper management and with unrealistic productivity expectations. Told that we need to do more (More visits, more charting) but with less time to do it and an emr that is not designed for efficiency. Driving good experienced clinicians into burnout by continually treating them like they aren’t ever good enough.
