      Great coworkers out in the field. Good vacation and healthcare benefits. Ok pay

      Cons

      The company has really gone downhill in the last two years since getting bought out by Humana. Micromanaged. No support. Management does not care about how hard you are working and how much you are working and just keep adding more to your plate. They continue to take patients even though nobody to staff them.

      Pay and benefits were great

      Cons

      The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
