Depressing Job - Pharmacy Technician CenterWell Employee Review

Everything about this company is a joke. Patients have a horrible experience. It's difficult to manage the system and help patients fill the medications they need. Leadership is difficult to communicate with and it makes it seem like no one cares. They will send out emails saying they care and listen but nothing ever gets done. I thought working for Humana/Centerwell would be a great experience but it quickly became the most stressful and depressing job I've EVER had. Every call I get I expect chaos and I have never been proven wrong. It's hard to maintain emotional peace working here. I've fallen into the deepest depression I've ever experienced and I cannot wait to leave.
