Pros

Keep changing the name but this company is bad and getting worse if that’s possible. They have to change the name otherwise no one will use them and no one wants to work for them.

Cons

All they look at is money. And therapists are unable to tell how many visits a patient needs instead they use a machine for cost effectiveness mind you not for patient quality of care. This company uses the up all the patients benefits what little visits there are. Therefore, patients are not getting the care they need. The same ceo as KAH you would think that if they’re about to close they get rid of lousy sleazy management. You can’t put lip stick on a pig by changing the name it’s still a pig. Do us all a favor and close your doors. I hope you have poor care when you need. You reap what you sow.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
