Pros
Co-workers were great to work alongside. Management is another issue because not able to be objective. Some internal staff work very well together.
Cons
Management was not considerate of clinical staff time. Felt like an ambulance chaser for new admissions. No regard for anyone but for the marketers to reach their numbers in order to receive their bonus. Some marketers were dishonest to facilities,physicians, patients and patients' families in order to get the family to sign on to service. Also, some marketers pass themselves off to facilities as clinical staff(RN). Internal office staff are practically put to work against one another with management's decisions. Turn over is high and staff doesn't feel appreciated by management.
