Pros
Loved working with patients at home and facilities during their journey toward the end of life needs, while maintaining dignity, one on one patient care, palliative care, wound management, offering compassionate care while utilizing the nursing process: ongoing assessments, evaluations, care planning and goal documentation of expected changes and outcomes in effort to alleviate fears and offer comfort ,love , and compassion.
Cons
Very poor management. Made to work excessive overtime, and, forced to falsify time sheets to meet 40 hour work week when actually work 60-80 hr work week. Forced to work with MD orders not to work when ill and inevitably causing employees to be hospitalized. This happened to myself as well as 2 other collegues. We don't plan or ask to be sick!
