Pros

Very nice facilities in lower resource communities built for the community.

Cons

The lure to work in a health care environment where you are sold that the value base model allows you to spend more time with patient is no longer the mission. The model is not working because corporate has change the funding model to support other entities that are lacking revenue (my opinion). It creates an environment of uncertainty and no trust.

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
