The travel was moderately good.

How much time do you have? Work-life balance is non-existent Subjective University The only project or initiative that’s ever getting done is growth related initiatives. No effort on quality. Analytics: the worst Analytics I can remember. Misalignment on everything. RIF and ERP are tools for them and are regularly used to counterbalance mismanagement. There’s a call for a call. People routinely schedule same day calls. Bank on 10 hours worth of calls per day to accomplish nothing. Email etiquette: CC everybody, finger point, lose the email because you were on the calls all day or trying to work. Pay is way behind United and other smaller competitors in the space.

Pay and benefits were great

Cons

The company as a whole, the constant restructuring in dramatic proportions, the changing of the senior leadership people, the shifting to different technologies that costs multiple billions of dollars to shift, the politics, the acquisitions when they don't have it all together. culture applies to favorites. there are amazing and great people on the team and then there are terrible human beings.
