Pros
IRET Properties understands the importance of work/life balance and family. This company also offers fantastic benefits and growth opportunities. I really enjoy working for IRET because I feel supported by my manager and know that she not only cares about me as an employee, but also a person.
Cons
This is a tough one to answer because the company has made so many significant strides in the last few years. While there are many areas for growth and advancement, the path to the next level can be unclear. If you have a good manager that cares about your personal growth then you'll be successful.
