Pros

Great work-life balance, upper management and leadership really care about employees, training and development, opportunities to grow, and communication is fantastic.

Cons

Not really a con - they are constantly changing at a rapid rate, sometimes it can be difficult to keep up, they do a good job at keeping you informed.

Pros

The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!

Cons

Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
