      Great benefits, for most of the office there was amazing work life balance, and CEO made great efforts to at least acknowledge everyone.

      Pros

      The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!

      Cons

      Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
