Pros

good work culture. They have tons of perks if you work at the corporate center. If you work at a branch it depends on the manager.

Cons

Pay was decent. At the end they were cutting everyone's hours. Staff was only working 32 hr at one point.

- Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

Cons

No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
