      I feel like my contributions are respected. Departments maintain open communication with each other. Work-life balance is excellent

      Cons

      Low turn over rate means upward movement is almost entirely reliant on department expansion.

      Pros

      - Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

      Cons

      No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
