Pros

Stable, Government contract machine shop, they have money to throw around. For now.

Cons

Nepotism with friends and family. Palpable caste system. No upward mobility. They cut corner's left and right on their government contracts so be prepared to "put out fires" and sign off on stuff that is questionable. The logistics are a disaster. In my 10 years in the Army and 5 years on the civilian side, I've never seen so much disorganization. This company will probably lose at least several big contracts soon if they can't fix production and logistics asap.

Pros

Excellent personel and manufacturing equipment. Highly skilled individuals from the top down have allowed the company to thrive through decades of growth and varied workloads. Has grown into a nationally recognized producer of high volume and high complexity components.

Cons

Experiencing some growing pains transitioning from a moderate sized job shop to a large scale production facility.

Pros

Great company with strong leadership and a clear vision for the future. Management genuinely cares about employees and gives people the autonomy to do their jobs well. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven without being toxic. Communication is solid, expectations are clear, and good work is recognized. Opportunities for growth and learning are real if you’re willing to step up and take ownership.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which isn’t ideal for someone who prefers a slow or highly structured environment.
