Pros

Easy to learn the product and friendly co-workers within the CS team. Direct Mangers were helpful in career growth. Able to work full remote.

Cons

The NY CS tech team was severely understaffed causing burnout and unhappy employees. Most of the operations are based out in Israel which has caused a bottleneck in the NY office with the time difference. The sales team would sell a feature that was not yet developed which led the CS team to fix it.

sometimes since HQ is in Isreal getting lots of emails in the middle of the night-they are always working.
