Pros

Team oriented environment with lots of friendly faces.

Cons

Very unhealthy chemicals everywhere and not much involvement from leadership. I believe it could be a lot better with more training and sharing of knowledge.

Pros

Ties with John Deere are strong.

Cons

Decision making by executive leadership is abysmal. Lack of accountability from executive leadership team. 401k is poor. HSA contribution is poor. Vacation accrual rate is terrible. Sick time policy is asinine.
