      Pros

      Growing and changing team. It has been super exciting being the ground floor as Century Communities grows and evolves in Atlanta area. It has life changing working with a construction company that wants sales and construction to work as a unit to better the building process. Plus fun team building quarterly meetings going to the go cart track, stone mtn, talent show, etc.

      Cons

      New systems and processes have been a pain. sometimes rush to implement new systems have caused slow down as adjustments are made and bugs are worked out.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
