      Pros

      In a time when it seems most home builders act more like a legal firm or holding company, it's a nice change to work for a true home builder, where people are excited to build home and grow the company. Positive work environment, opportunities for growth, great financial compensation. Pay is great, benefits are great, there are definitely opportunities for growth. Very supportive management, good working environment.

      Cons

      Culture has not jelled yet. a lot of growth in a short time. It will take some time for the culture to become consistent across all divisions. A lot of pressure to perform, but for me sometimes that can be a positive.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      Pros

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
