Pros

First, let me say I have been in the work force for 25 years and I have never been so impressed. The HR process was very easy and the HR representative kept in touch with me the whole time. To this day, she still checks on me. On my 1st day, everything was ready for me and I had everything I needed to be successful. I have never had such a smooth transition. Every single person who works there made me feel more than welcomed. The whole experience feels like one big happy family/team. Support- I feel incredibly supported by all the departments. IT is on their A game and is helpful to those of us who are less computer savvy. My boss gives 200% and teaches by example. Not afraid to get into the trenches daily. This company treats its employees with the upmost respect and offers many "extras" to make your feel appreciated. This is the right step and the right company for anyone looking.

Cons

The only downside I can see is that they couldn't possibly hire everyone looking for the best place to work.

Pros

I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

Cons

Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

Pros

- challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

Cons

- leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
